Beneath the gilded facade of the financial centre, an institutional earthquake is underway. FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) is no longer content merely to regulate the system; it has become the nerve centre of a financial Gestapo that is dismantling, brick by brick, the foundations of Swiss liberty: secrecy, individual responsibility and private property.
The Banking Inquisition: Your money no longer belongs to you
The most worrying fact, which every citizen can now observe at their bank counter, is the brutal intrusion into the management of their own funds. Under direct pressure and instructions from FINMA, Swiss banks have transformed into intelligence agencies: your banker, once the guarantor of federal discretion, is now forced to act as your primary informant.
Clients, both Swiss and foreign, are now required to provide detailed justifications for what they intend to do with its own assets. This reversal of the burden of proof is a direct attack on the Individual responsibility. By forcing the depositor to confess like a suspect, FINMA breaks the federal contract of trust. The rule has become clear and terrifying: What is known is potentially graspable. By precisely mapping the use of our funds, this entity is paving the way for future plunder, whether fiscal, political, or «climatic».
The Convergence of the «Untouchables»: BRI, BNS and WEF
This inquisition is merely the armed wing of a broader hybridisation. FINMA does not act alone; it converges with organisations that share the same agenda of total control:
- The BIS (Basel): This untouchable sanctuary, never audited and protected by total diplomatic immunity, is the laboratory where the end of cash is being devised.
- The SNB By pushing Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), it offers FINMA the ultimate surveillance tool: a system where every franc can be traced, programmed, or blocked with a click.
- The WEF in Davos: Who openly theorises a society where «You’ll own nothing», transforming private property into a simple right of use revocable by technocracy.
A Gestapo without popular mandate
By demanding even broader sanctioning powers today, FINMA is establishing itself as a sovereign power without ever having received the slightest mandate from the Sovereign. In Switzerland, the Sovereign is neither an administrative authority nor a foreign financial power, but The People and the Cantons ; by acting without their express approval, FINMA de facto places itself outside our constitutional framework.
She uses the «organised chaos» social engineering – dear to Lucien Cerise – to justify her grip: the system is deliberately weakened in order to then sell total surveillance as the only safeguard against financial insecurity.
This shock strategy found its ideal executor in the person of Blythe Masters, a veritable Trojan horse of Anglo-Saxon high finance whose role on the board of directors of Credit Suisse was not to save the institution, but to orchestrate its downfall. As the architect of Credit Default Swaps (CDS) at JPMorgan — these «financial weapons of mass destruction» — its infiltration into the Swiss fortress allowed it to break the Swiss banking exception to fit it into the mould of the World governance.
This institutional hybridisation is a poison: our bankers and our civil servants are no longer the guardians of confederal savings, but the liaison officers of a system that considers private property and individual freedom as a «systemic risk» to be eradicated by the suppression of cash and absolute digital tracking.
Conclusion: For the return of financial sovereignty
FINMA has become a public danger to private property. If we allow this administrative Gestapo to interfere in our portfolios and our consciences, Switzerland will lose its soul and its independence. Sovereignty is not limited to territorial borders; it begins with control over one's own assets.
It is time to put a stop to the banking inquisition and restore the sacred right to privacy. Against the technocrats of Bern and the «untouchables» of Basel, the people must regain control of their institutions.
My money, my responsibility, my freedom. Let's refuse FINMA's diktat.
