Sovereignty or extinction: the roadmap for saving Switzerland's independence

By Ludovic Malot, economist and entrepreneur

This text is not intended for the general public. It is addressed directly to Federal Council and Members of Parliament. It asks a simple but decisive question: Are we still a sovereign state, or the local manager of a legal and monetary order that is beyond our control? Each of the axes below sets a specific problem against an immediate solution.

For the attention of the Federal Council and Members of Parliament

There was a time when Switzerland dictated its laws to the world. Today, it is subject to them.

What we are experiencing is not simply a series of technical reforms. It is a gradual dissolution of the sovereign state.

Driven by foreign law, maintained by monetary dependence, accelerated by the abandonment of neutrality - and covered up by the silence of part of our elite.

However, the Federal Constitution is unambiguous:

  • Art. 2 Cst.The Confederation protects the freedom and rights of the people; it ensures the independence and security of the country.

  • Art. 5a Cst.Principle of subsidiarity.

  • Art. 173 Cst.Parliament ensures neutrality.

  • Art. 190 Cst.International law is applicable... in accordance with the Constitution.

But in practice, it is now the external norms that dictate our inner life.

It's time to break with this systemic submission.

1. Put a stop to the Unilateral III Agreements - return to the free trade of 1972

Bilaterals III« are anything but bilateral.

They establish :

  • a automatic adoption of European law

  • the jurisdiction of foreign judges

  • from automatic penalties

  • the no more real referendums

It's not a partnership - it's a legal protectorate.

Switzerland doesn't need tutors. L’1972 free trade agreement is more than enough, without political submission.

«A State that no longer writes its law is no longer a State. - Jacques Ellul

2. Revoke all provisions of European law in Swiss law

A concrete example Rega's helicopter pilots, excluded at 60 not for medical reasons, but by the mechanical application of European law (EASA standards).

This is where technocracy leads:

  • experience is sacrificed

  • we weaken real safety

  • Brussels is being obeyed without democratic debate

Switzerland must regain sovereignty over its standards - in aviation as in all other fields.

3. Restoring monetary sovereignty - Gold as a strategic foundation

Without a sovereign currency, there is neither independence nor political freedom.

Immediate roadmap :

  • Full repatriation of gold reserves in Switzerland

  • Constitutional prohibition any future sale

  • Partial backing from francs to gold

  • Strict separation between derivatives markets and real money

«Give me control of the currency, and I don't care who makes the laws.» - Mayer Amschel Rothschild

Gold is our insurance against the collapse of the international financial system. It is also the ultimate guarantee of our neutrality.

4. Full public audit of the SNB and its links with Wall Street

La Swiss National Bank is not a state within a state. It has no mandate to speculate on US markets or support foreign interests.

We demand :

  • Independent audit

  • Publication of foreign counterparties

  • Real exposure to Anglo-Saxon markets

  • No longer subject to foreign hedge funds

5. Creation of a Swiss Sovereign Wealth Fund in tangible assets

Norway has done it. So has Singapore. Why not Switzerland?

It's time to create a Swiss sovereign wealth fund :

  • backed by gold, of strategic real estate, and critical infrastructures, and national companies

  • controlled by Parliament and the people, not by the banking technocracy

  • intended to protecting future generations, not to fuel speculation

A sovereign wealth fund in real assets means the safety of the day after tomorrow.

6. End of immunity and BIS audit in Basel

On our soil, no institution should be above our law.

La Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel :

  • from diplomatic immunity

  • from the inviolability of its archives

  • from legal extraterritoriality

History is clear: institutions that grant themselves this kind of immunity always end up implicated in major criminal cases.

Historical examples:

  • Manipulation of gold by the Bank of England

  • Banking cartels in the 1930s

  • Money laundering under diplomatic cover

  • Secret financing networks in Switzerland (1980s-90s)

⮕ You need auditing BIS, waive immunities, and publish the actual beneficiaries of its operations.

7. Real neutrality - Immediate end to sanctions against Russia

Neutrality is not a slogan. It is a constitutional principle.

Sanctioning means choosing sides.

Neutrality means reject the logic of war, economic or military.

8. Restore sovereignty over migration - Leave Schengen and end free movement

There is no political sovereignty without border controls.

Roadmap :

  • Exiting Schengen

  • End of free movement

  • End of automatic family reunification

  • Swiss control of the right of establishment

9. Seasonal status reserved for young people - priority to Swiss apprenticeships

Objectives:

  • Temporary work without a permanent base

  • Skills transfer

  • Protecting the Swiss market

  • National priority on youth and training

10. Other immediate areas for restoration

  • Constitutional prohibition political censorship

  • Cash protection as a public good

  • End of electronic voting

  • Compulsory referendum for all foreign standards

  • Strategic nationalisation critical infrastructures

A simple and brutal truth

There is no :

  • prosperity without sovereignty

  • peace without neutrality

  • democracy without mastery of law

  • freedom without independent currency

Conclusion - The choice is yours

Federal councillors, parliamentarians, citizens:

You can still restoring Swiss sovereignty.

Or you will be the generation that delivered it.

History will not remember the nuances.

She will remember the deeds.

Those who resist.

And those who will have accompanied the submission.

🇨🇭 Without funding, there can be no resistance. Support Swiss Sovereignty now:
