The OECD has just announced a new agreement for the automatic exchange of information on real estate held abroad. Behind the technocratic jargon lies a brutal reality: the complete surveillance of assets, estates and citizens, without a vote, without debate, without a popular mandate. What begins with \u00abtransparency\u00bb always ends with total control.<\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2169\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What masquerades as simple \u00abtax cooperation\u00bb is in fact a <strong>regime change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2170\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The OECD has just announced the\u2019<strong>AMAC RBI<\/strong> (Automatic Exchange of Information on Real Estate), a new agreement for the automatic exchange of information on real estate transactions. <strong>real estate held abroad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2171\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">After destroying banking secrecy in the name of \u00abtransparency\u00bb, the same mechanism is now attacking <strong>real estate, inheritance and global private assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2172\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This is not a technical adjustment.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2173\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This is a <strong>supranational heritage monitoring system<\/strong>, without any popular mandate.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2174\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">A global control architecture<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember2175\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">From here <strong>2029-2030<\/strong>, tax authorities will automatically receive :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an exhaustive list of properties held abroad,<\/li>\n<li>their <strong>estimated value<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>rental income<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>useful data for <strong>inheritance and transfer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember2177\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The signatory countries already cover most of the Western world: Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and the Nordic countries, as well as Brazil, South Africa and New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2178\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Objective: <strong>rebuilding citizens' world heritage<\/strong>, asset by asset, country by country.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2179\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The OECD makes no secret of the fact: this system is merely a <strong>first brick<\/strong>. The roadmap aims to achieve <strong>full transparency on all non-financial assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2180\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">The tax consequences are explosive<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember2181\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The effects are clearly identified:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Taxation of foreign rents<\/strong> as part of global income,<\/li>\n<li>Integration of foreign assets in the\u2019<strong>wealth tax<\/strong> (IFI and equivalent),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full traceability of international legacies<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>No more cross-border asset optimisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember2183\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In other words:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2184\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>you can't escape anything, anywhere, ever<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2185\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">It is no longer fraud that is targeted.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2186\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This is the <strong>private property itself<\/strong>, which has become suspect by nature.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2187\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Power without people, without borders, without responsibility<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember2188\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The OECD is not elected.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2189\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">It is not accountable to any people.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2190\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">However, it imposes tax standards that apply to <strong>automatically<\/strong>, without a vote, without a referendum, without democratic debate.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2191\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">As Friedrich Hayek reminded us:<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"ember2192\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__blockquote\"><p>\u00abThe road to servitude is paved with good intentions.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"ember2193\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The \u00abfight against evasion\u00bb is used here as a pretext for a <strong>global tax centralisation<\/strong>, where the individual is reduced to a <strong>line in a database<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2194\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are no longer dealing with a tax state.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2195\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are entering a <strong>algorithmic taxation<\/strong>, It is transnational, permanent and irreversible.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2196\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Control, taxation, tyranny: the sequence is well known<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember2197\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Unchanging history :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Abolition of banking secrecy<\/li>\n<li>Automatic exchange of financial information<\/li>\n<li>Tracing property assets<\/li>\n<li>Extension to non-financial assets<\/li>\n<li>Forced tax alignment<\/li>\n<li>Suffocating private property<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"ember2199\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This is the <strong>the end of patrimonial sovereignty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2200\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What some people call \u00abtransparency\u00bb is in reality a <strong>widespread presumption of guilt<\/strong>, where every citizen becomes a taxpayer to be watched.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2201\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Conclusion: when everything is visible, everything becomes taxable<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember2202\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">A company where <strong>everything is traceable<\/strong> is a company where <strong>everything can be grasped<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2203\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Without secrecy, there is no freedom.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2204\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Without fiscal sovereignty, there can be no democracy.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2205\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Without protected property, there are no citizens - only subjects.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2206\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">AMAC RBI is not a reform.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2207\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">It is a <strong>act of dispossession<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2208\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And as is always the case in history, tyranny doesn't come in boots - it comes from the people.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2209\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">she arrives in <strong>Excel tables<\/strong>, under the guise of \u00abgood governance\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ember2211\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udded Without funding, there can be no resistance.
